How do I open a Rapture account?
If you are interested in opening a Rapture account, please give us a call on 01295 757410 or alternatively email us on sales@rapture-professional.co.uk and one of our dedicated team will get back to you.
How can I place an order?
If you hold a Rapture account, please call 01295 757410 to place an order Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. Alternatively please email rapture@banburypostiche.co.uk at your convenience. A member of the team will confirm back to you the next working day.
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer next day delivery to the UK, either, before 1pm via Royal Mail Special Delivery or before 7pm via DPD. Please note a signature will be required for both options. Royal Mail Saturday delivery is also available at additional cost.
How long does Rapture hair last?
Rapture hair extensions can last between 6–9 months if looked after with maintenance appointments and correct aftercare.

Can I colour my hair extensions?
Whilst human hair can be coloured, we advise against it. Colouring, toning etc is at your own risk if you wish to do so we are unable to accept any returns of hair that have been altered. With Raptures range of colours, there should be a shade for everyone!
